Exchange & returns
In case, the size you ordered doesn’t fit you well, we offer free exchange with a different size or even design. We facilitate all logistics involved - pick up and drop. In case you are not satisfied with the product, we have a 100% refund policy. Inform us within 5 days of receiving the order and we will take care of it. You may also opt for a credit voucher of the same value. Once our team has checked the merchandise, an email confirming that your return has been accepted will be sent. Note : Items must be returned new and unused as Dressfolk holds the right to not to accept returns in case of damage. The payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 4 business days of us receiving the package.

We ship to most countries across the globe. If you place an order in any of the currency selections on the website, it may take between 8 to 14 business days to deliver your order, depending upon the location.
