Exchange and Returns

In case, the size you ordered doesn’t fit you well, we offer free exchange with a different size or a different design of your choice where we get the pickup done from your place and ship out the new size. Don’t worry; we take care of all the logistics.

We offer 100% refund in case you are not satisfied with the products for any reason. Please inform us within 3 days of receiving the order. We take care of all the logistics involved. You can also opt for a credit voucher of the same value, in case you prefer the same.

Once our team has checked the merchandise, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted.

Please be careful while trying on items. Item should be returned new and unused as Dressfolk holds the right to not to accept returns in case product is used or damaged by customer. The payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 4 business days of us receiving the package.
