Each product page has the timeline mentioned for the delivery of the particular design. Each product's shipping timeline is mentioned on the product page. As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and another update once a product is shipped out.

Delivery in India

We offer free shipping on all products across India. The delivery may take up to four business days from the date of dispatch, depending upon the location in India.

International Deliveries

We ship to most of the countries across the globe. You can place the order in any of the currency selections on the website.  It may take between 5 to 7 business days to deliver your order depending upon the location.

Shipping Charges are as follows:

USA, Mexico, Canada - USD 18
Western Europe - USD 14
UAE, Qatar, Kuwait - USD 12
South Asia, China, Hong Kong - USD 14
South East Asia - USD 16
Australia & New Zealand - USD 18
Japan - USD 22
Rest of World - USD 22


Shipping charges are waived off for orders above USD 250 (or equivalent).

International orders are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at support@dressfolk.com.

Exchange and Returns

In case, the size you ordered doesn’t fit you well, we offer free exchange with a different size or a different design of your choice where we get the pickup done from your place and ship out the new size. Don’t worry; we take care of all the logistics.

We offer 100% refund (for products purchased without any discount) in case you are not satisfied with the products for any reason. Please inform us within 5 days of receiving the order. We take care of all the logistics involved. You can also opt for a credit voucher of the same value, in case you prefer the same.

Once our team has checked the merchandise, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted.

Please be careful while trying on items. Item should be returned new and unused as Dressfolk holds the right to not to accept returns in case product is used or damaged by customer. The payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 4 business days of us receiving the package.
